VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

At the GRIN2B Foundation, volunteers are essential to advancing our mission of supporting families and promoting research for GRIN2B-related neurodevelopmental disorder. Whether you’re helping plan our signature events, assisting with fundraising or contributing your skills to a specific project, your time and talents make a meaningful difference.

We offer a range of volunteer opportunities to suit different interests, skills, and availability. Our needs vary throughout the year depending on upcoming events and initiatives, so there’s always a chance to get involved and make an impact.

How to Become a Volunteer

To ensure the best match between volunteers and opportunities, we’ve designed a simple process:

  1. Explore Opportunities

See below to learn about available opportunities, from helping with our Family Weekend to supporting specific fundraising initiatives or behind-the-scenes administrative work.

  1. Complete the Volunteer Application

Submit an official volunteer application, which helps us understand your interests, skills, and availability. This step is essential in identifying the roles that align best with your strengths and our current needs.

  1. Application Review

Once we receive your application, our team will review it carefully. Please note that volunteer opportunities are limited and depend on the organization’s needs at the time. While we value every application, not all applicants may be immediately selected. If you’re not chosen for your first preference, we’ll keep your information on file for future opportunities that might be a better fit.

  1. Get Started

If selected, you’ll receive an onboarding email with next steps, including training or specific instructions for your role. We’ll provide everything you need to succeed and make an impact.

Volunteer Expectations

We appreciate the time and skills contributed by each of our volunteers, and we strive to create meaningful experiences for everyone involved. In return, we ask for commitment, clear communication, and enthusiasm for helping us achieve our mission.

If you’re ready to join our incredible team of volunteers, please see below to get started with the application process. For any questions, contact us at info@grin2b.com.

We can’t wait to work with you!
