GRIN2B Regional Family Meetups

Being able to meet another GRIN2B family in person is very special. No one understands the GRIN2B journey quite like another family. Further, it is powerful to witness the bond individuals with GRIN2B develop with each other. It is a memorable experience, which allows GRIN2B families to develop long-lasting bonds and additional support networks.

We want to help foster these personal connections for those that are unable to attend our in-person Conferences (the next GRIN2B Foundation Family Weekend will be in Summer 2024).

Would you like to coordinate a meetup of GRIN2B families in your area? Just read below and complete the form.

The Foundation sets aside funds each year to help fund up to 4 regional family meetups. If you would like to organize a family meetup in your area, please complete this short form which will be reviewed by the GRIN2B Foundation Board of Directors. Requests for funds should be submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to the planned gathering. The suggested maximum allotment per outing is $300. 

Need ideas? Family outings can range from casual meet ups at the park with a picnic, a backyard barbecue, a day outing to the local Zoo, children’s museum, bowling, or any other idea that might work well in your community.
