Mental Empowerment (ME!) Program

Helping GRIN2B families care for their mental and emotional well-being

Living with GRIN2B Neurodevelopmental Disorder brings unique challenges, including medical complexities, developmental uncertainties, and the emotional toll of long-term caregiving. The GRIN2B Mental Empowerment (ME!) Program is a response to the growing need for mental health support within the GRIN2B community. By providing essential resources, expert guidance, and a strong support system, the program helps families find emotional balance, build mental resilience, and navigate their journey with confidence and strength.

GRIN2B Foundation’s ME! Program is open to all families and caregivers in the GRIN2B community and aims to foster a culture of mental health awareness, support, and empowerment. This initiative encourages families to take control of their mental well-being, ensuring they have the emotional tools they need to thrive.

Why it matters
